Why the exact Crosshair model matters
The Oct 27 retail report describes a Crosshair 16 with an Intel Core i7-14650HX and a 512GB SSD. It does not establish a promotion or current stock for the AMD D8WFKG-090US discussed here. Crosshair branding and an RTX 5060 alone do not identify the same configuration.
MSI’s US specification sheet lists Ryzen 9 8940HX, RTX 5060 with 8GB GDDR7, 16GB DDR5-5600 as two 8GB modules, and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD. The 16-inch display is 2560×1600 at 240Hz, with manufacturer-listed 100% DCI-P3 coverage. The refresh ceiling is not a promise of 240 fps in your games; the gamut specification is not our color-accuracy measurement.

The MSI display offers a higher listed resolution and refresh ceiling than these two alternatives. That is a screen-specification advantage, not measured gaming-performance superiority. The US sheet’s 240W power adapter is not the GPU’s TGP. Do not borrow a graphics-power figure from a different regional Crosshair SKU.
For the LOQ, check the exact Lenovo model record; its 65W GPU limit should be part of the comparison. Acer lists an up-to-85W graphics limit for its thinner Nitro V 16S AI configuration. Cooling, power settings and game settings still affect the result.
Check upgrades and the seller before ordering
